Easy very central location just next door to the square and local amenities. The hotel staff was brilliantly friendly and amicable.

The hotel was quiet, our room was functional, greatly enjoyed it. We were greeted by incredibly nice, superbly friendly staff. Marvellous and handy location for visiting pubs and cafés walking distance to the venue. They offered us delicious meals, had a lot of options to choose from;))

The place was absolutely fantastic and gorgeous and the staff were highly courteous, the location was marvellous so close to eateries & mall. Neat & functional unit with a bath, toaster, for example. Location close to the esplanade which is lovely to take a walk around in spring/summer, the square, supermarket and restaurants, and shops / supermarket. And a 5-minute walk from Te Manawa Museum.

Nice hotel, we had a compact room with a pleasant view. Accommodating staff, provided information if needed. The property was set in a very central area really close to the supermarket, restaurants and takeaways were located, and square. Furthermore, so close to central business area.

It was in a handy and exceptionally nice location with Te Manawa Museum nearby. We had a well-appointed room and great views. Everyone was absolutely courteous and thoughtful.

The studio suite overlooks the exterior and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. The location is comfortable and handy and close to restuarants and a shopping centre and botanic gardens. Streetwise Coffee with coffee & goodies is 500 feet walk away.

The rooms were well-appointed with fridge and spa bath and a big comfortable bed, the breakfast was gorgeous. Handy and nice location close to the main centre made it easy to get to key attractions.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was extremely impressed. The location of this place was brilliant, as it was so handy to local facilities. I also loved how it was just a short walk from the hotel to a great value for money dinner at a nearby pub. The staff here were friendly and warm, always greeting me with a smile whenever I saw them. The room itself exceeded my expectations, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a great stay. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a bonus too, allowing me to stay connected during my visit. I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the friendly and helpful staff to the well-appointed rooms, this place truly exceeded my expectations.

We walked everywhere, the location was incredibly comfortable, close to shops. Further, it was very close to town / restaurants, and the mall and supermarkets.
